  6. Cancellation and Reschedule Policy:
    • Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee.
    • Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  7. Refunds Policy: We do not offer refunds for services rendered. We are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your experience, please contact us directly so we can address them promptly and effectively.
  8. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions and interactions with our practitioners. We reserve the right to terminate services if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
  9. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any damages or losses incurred by clients as a result of participating in our services, except in cases of negligence or misconduct on our part.
  10. Use of Client Testimonials: By providing testimonials or success stories, clients grant us permission to use these for promotional purposes. We respect client anonymity upon request.
