Your company purchases a set number of seats (coaching sessions) for employees. Each employee has 12 months to use up to 30 days of personalized, one-on-one coaching. Sessions last between 60 to 90 minutes, and employees can schedule them at their convenience—whether that’s during weekdays, weekends, or evenings. This flexible scheduling ensures there’s no disruption to work, so your team can focus on their growth while maintaining peak performance at work.
Ongoing Support
Employees will receive continuous support alongside their coaching sessions. They’ll have unlimited access to text messaging for quick feedback or motivation to stay on track. Additionally, each employee will be provided with valuable resources, such as workbooks, guides, and worksheets, to reinforce their goals and ensure steady progress.
Coaching Goals
Every employee’s coaching experience is personalized to their unique needs.
